This policy applies to all handmade jewellery products purchased directly from Kaustubhmani.com. We sell products only and do not provide services.

If your item is damaged during delivery, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can request a return within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Change of Mind / Exchange Requests:
Returns for change of mind are accepted only if the product is unused, in original packaging, and all tags, certificates, and documentation are intact.
Customised or personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind.
Exclusions:
Worn, used, or altered products cannot be returned.
Custom-made or personalised jewellery can only be returned if defective or damaged.
Sale or discounted items may have special conditions mentioned at purchase.
3. Return Procedure

Approved refunds are processed via the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
Refunds may take longer to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges are possible for size, variant, or replacement items, subject to availability.
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Any price difference between products will be refunded or charged as applicable.
