Orders can be cancelled only before the order is shipped.
To request a cancellation, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Orders for custom-made or personalized handmade jewellery cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
This is because such pieces are made specifically as per individual preferences.
Kaustubhmani reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

Pricing or listing errors
Payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions
Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control
If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed through the original mode of payment.
Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
