At Kaustubhmani, we create handmade jewellery with care and craftsmanship. As each piece involves preparation and processing, our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  1. Orders can be cancelled only before the order is shipped.

  2. To request a cancellation, you must contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

  1. Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Cancellation of Custom-Made / Personalized Jewellery

  • Orders for custom-made or personalized handmade jewellery cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

  • This is because such pieces are made specifically as per individual preferences.

3. Cancellation by Kaustubhmani

Kaustubhmani reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Payment issues or suspected fraudulent transactions

  • Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If an order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be issued to the customer.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If an order is successfully cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed through the original mode of payment.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

  • The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. No Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
